It’s not a guarantee. When you register a trademark it makes sense to set it up for that kind of thing, but it doesn’t mean they will release toys. Though I do hope they will, I want a Sylvari figure.

Those trademarks include the possibility of toys/merchandise that fall under the HoT trademark (sort of part of the point in getting something trademarked). There is no separate trademark just for them.
