Here’s hoping 3rd time’s a charm. First time minion bugged and I couldn’t kill him so the quest wouldn’t continue. Now I free the bottom prisoners and all of a sudden I teleport back to the world while swimming to the surface. Here’s to hoping it can’t get any worse.
