Guild Wars 2

I love being able to choose where my points go. I decided to make a new character and not spend a single Hero point on utility skills and used only racial skills since those come for free. I saved my points for when I hit 21 and oh my, I was able to unlock a minor grandmaster trait instantly.

Right now im level 25 and already rocking grandmasters! this is so awesome lol. Can’t wait to try out an Elementalist and have fresh air, or Evasive arcana at such a low level.
Leveling is gonna be much funner now, especially on classes like Mesmer that need traits.

I must admit, I’m shocked this isn’t getting more praise. I too love, love, love the new system. Because of it, I’m almost guaranteed to buy the expansion now.

I think ANet did a great job there. Well done.

Most people seem to hate it. I personally have no issues with it and enjoy it a bit more.

Not only am I enjoying the specialization changes, but I’m enjoying the ascended change, NPE changes, condition changes and much more. This is a pretty good patch.

Honestly it doesnt seem that different to me. If they had removed the artifical level lock outs on the old trait system And made you pick a trait that is the same as the tier you were on you would have near this exact system.

i could see liking the traits more since they are different, but really the system itself really isnt all that different to me.
