It would be really nice to have an option to accept/discard all of the crap you get when leveling an alt with tomes. After the 80 levels, you are forced to sit there and click through 80 levels worth of crappy items. Not to mention than most if not all are soulbound and cannot be quickly sold to a merchant or be salvaged, which doubles the hassle of manually destroying them.

What if you want some but not the others, like the karma boosters you can’t get any other way anymore?

That’s a good point, but really, the most useful thing IMO would be the single ecto at level 70 or so lol. At least a “Discard items” in each level up window so you can quickly storm through them without filling your inventory bags with unsellable stuff.

Or give everything a vendor value of 1c, so it’s easier to dispose of.

Or salvage em into grey items which you can vendor.

I like this idea just an accept all would do wonders ofc only if your bags allow it!

FWIW, I really, really want this. Back when what became the “restricted” functions were available in arcdps, one of them was “auto-accept loot chests”, and … I really, really miss that.

Early on it was nice to see that I got rewards for events and stuff. Now? I know I get rewards. I don’t even look at the summary, I just double click the chest, click the accept button, and carry on playing.

It feels like a very intrusive waste of time — like the “buy now now now” adverts you get in free to play games — to have the bouncy, wiggly, distracting chest down there, and worse that I have to click through a dialog afterwards.

Interesting you should mention that. Even if the account is not FTP they do that on non-HOT accounts to try and convince you to buy it.

No anet, I am not buying the expansion for an alt account that just logs in to get login rewards.
