Do they count towards the 100 you need for the gift of Color? I know I cant stack them together but it would be very helpful for those of us making bifrost.

As they don’t stack together, on would assume they don’t count for the Gift of Color when combining them with regular ones. Mainly as you won’t be able to put 5 items in the mystic forge by combining regular unidentified dyes and account-bound ones together.
