I just collected enough tokens for such skin, but can’t see them anymore Any news about if they are returning or something?

They are still there- I picked one up just yesterday. The trader who carries them is in the Vault in Lion’s Arch. Head back to the first room then the room to the right, to the Charr trader.

I’m curious which one you are thinking of getting. I picked up the Greatsword skin (one of the few non-oversized Greatswords in the game).

ohh ty so much! He had that weapon indeed I wanted the scepter for my human guard. One of the few small elegant scepters imo.
