So, it’s 2014.

Are the account bound recipes will only shows up on the character you claim on (use)?

ie.

X = Chef
Y = Weaponsmith

Y receives and use or consume the Chef recipes. Would X get the recipe available?

“Recipe unlocks are character-based: learning a recipe on one character does not unlock it for other characters on your account.”

The account bound part merely means that it is available to any of your characters to learn. As opposed to soul bound which has to be used by that character only.

Can this be discovered like the exotic without getting the actual recipe and learn it before hand?
