Q:
Ever since the game started some accounts have been shown to be different from others. How do we know this? One of the 1st bugs in the game that effected individual accounts was the WvW buff bug. While the bug occurred some accounts did not receive the server buffs from WvW while some did. Now just recently we have the daily reset bug which also only effects some accounts?
Why? What makes accounts have differentiation? Could this impact other aspects of the game?
Sometimes it’s related to the operating system of the user, such as something that works fine on most machines will have a bug on a particular OS.
