Accouny Bound Bags anyone?!?!
huh? What ya mean? I have 18 slot bags that I can pass freely between characters.
well since no bags are soulbound just move them in the bank mate
Lol.. I mean A bag that each character can share.
If Character A has it and character B, they share the same space…
Example: Those gem store Harvesting tools, But them in that bag, character A/B always has them now.
I wouldn’t mind consolidating all of my boosters and BL consumables into a shared bag, but I wouldn’t pay $10 a character to do so. If it was a one-off purchase, I’d do it in a heartbeat. If it’s per character, I’ll pass.
No need really use said bank feature.

No its about stripping money from anet, people who find it a hassle buy more then 1 set of infinite harvesting tools and salvageomatics.
If this was implemented not only would they lose furter sales they would have to reimburse said buyers their gems since they made their extra tools salvageomatics worthless.
I think it would be interesting to compare this shared bag concept to the Banker Golem (2 Weeks) or the Permanent Bank Access Express. If you have one on each character, it’s very similar to the shared bag idea in functionality.
Of course, that would cost you $25 / 2000 gems a month to do that for two characters, so it would obviously be very expensive.
Knowing what’s currently available, how would you price the sharing bags?

It could be a bag which could only hold particular items, much like some bags are coded already (e.g. equipment bags, crafters bags, junk bags).
-Toys/Costume Brawl Items
-Food/Nourishement/Boosters
-Limited number of weapons/armour (accountbound only)
-Items such as revive orbs, repair canisters, merchant expresses etc
This offers convenience without bypassing the ultimate convenience of having multiple infinite salvaging/gathering tools.
Make it simple, have the top bank tab (we all get one with the game) visible in the inventory panel. Open the inventory panel, on the top is the bank tab, below that is all our character inventory bags. It’s just that simple!
Think about it, how much time do players spend standing in front of the bank in DR or back in LA? If you want players spending more time out in the zones playing, remove the need for them to be standing idle for so long.
Is OP talking about bags or bag slots? Bags are fairly cheap and you can buy one with candy corn cobs for like 3-5g.
As for bag slots I agree that they should be account bound. Similar to what they did with the commander tag. Triple the gem price but make them account bound.

He’s talking about a bag, that is shared by all characters,, without the need to move stuff into bank -into next character.

Like a bank incorporated to the inventory. That actually would be a great quality of life improvement. But I guess it would stop people from buying multiple gem store items for multiple characters.
Trouble with acc bound at a fixed price is that folks with lots of character slots/alts would get better VFM than those with fewer slots.
I could live with a gemstore option that buys a bag slot for all your accounts at once, but scales according to how many character slots you have (and a more sensible price per bag slot expansion – 100gems per bag slot expansion instead of 400)
