Accused of a Botter/Movements/Harrased
When they look at your account and the input calculations they can usually tell if it is a bot program or valid user. Personally I think in issue like this, people who continuously report the same player falsely should be punished.
When your gameplay is so efficient it resembles a bot, is hard to blame the reporters. You just need to talk a bit and should be enough.

wrong he doesnt need to do anything if the guy tag up as commander he should know ppl are going to follow him for chest farming.
ANet doesn’t ban anyone because of a report, regardless of whether one person reported an account or 1000 people reported — they investigate first and only suspend if they find ‘proof’. If you aren’t using botting tools (or other forms of illegal software or otherwise violating the Terms of Service), you can ignore the accusations.
Anet “scanning” your account for botting software would not have any effect on what people say to you in-game because the people saying it are not Anet and will not know the outcome of their decision.
If you’re genuinely not botting then you have nothing to worry about, even if the people complaining report you all that will happen is Anet will look at those reports, look at your account activity, realise you’re not a bot and move on to the next report. And if you are a bot protesting your innocence here, or in-game will achieve nothing.)
But if you want to stop people complaining the best way is to stop acting like they think bots act. You seem to be pretty clear on what it is that’s making them suspect you so it should be relatively simple to make some small changes to convince them.
Or farm another map until all the fuss about botting in Silverwastes dies down and people stop complaining at people they think are bots.
Or turn off the chat channels they’re using to complain while you’re there so you don’t see it.
“Life’s a journey, not a destination.”
It is unfortunate that the OP is harassed by reporting. GW2 does have a problem with botters so very precise playing and other things the OP describes could flag people to think it might be a bot.
But no one has the right to harass you about anything so if someone is harassing you, report them. It would be funny if the person harassing you about botting got banned themself

Running more than one account at the same time. Like a lot of things, there’s a way to do it that is within the Terms of Service and one that is not.
You have to actively be playing each account. You can do this via alt-tabbing or using multiple machines. You can’t be using the same keyboard inputs for each account.
There was a time when arenanet would call out so called innocent botters on reddit (and said “innocent players” would usually kitten when confronted with evidence) . To bad they never did so on the forums.
Is their system failproof? Surely not.
Will there be false positives? Always.
Contrary to popular belief accounts don’t get banned based on reports but by the followup investigation based on those reports. Might you be an innocent who got caught in the cross-fire? Maybe. Statistically speaking though, it’s a lot more likely you were caught botting and are now trying to salvage what you can.
Since no one on the forums, moderators included will be able to help you, take it up with the Customer Support and have them sort it out.

Actually, players have been confronted by officials are the forums; it wasn’t just that famous (infamous?) time on Reddit.
I use VMware to run additional windows 10 machines and log into additional accounts on those VMs. Each account is ran separately (mouse and keyboard only effect one at a time). Whatever method Anet uses to identify bots swept me up almost two years ago. While they never actually came out and said what I was doing wrong, I’m convinced they didn’t account for the a virtual machine setup. After a few days of back and forth, my accounts were reinstated and there hasn’t been an issue since.
I say all that to just reinforce that Anet may toss a ban your way, but customer support will help get to the bottom of what is going on. And, if you’re not using 3rd party software, or doing other violations of the TOS, you’ll be just fine.
Just block and ignore. If you aren’t using any illicit 3rd party programs then you’re clean and it’s no one else’s business but yours and Anets. No one else’s opinion matters, and they can accuse you all day long, still doesn’t make you a botter.
Let them falsely grief and whine about it, it’s their problem(s) not yours.
If you aren’t botting, on multiple accounts, why would you even feel the need to make this post?
…
We’ve also had a little fun passing the comm tag around, and leading your bots off on little adventures, and you instantly followed. Not sure why you would do that if you are farming so efficiently.
As he states, because he is tired of being harassed. I don’t know if he is doing something against the rules, that is for Anet to decide. But interesting that you would admit that you are harassing him in-game.
When did I say I was harassing him ingame? I have him blocked, and don’t communicate with him at all. If I turn on my tag, and I’m followed to the north side of the map, does that mean I’m harassing those who followed me?
Also interesting that video showing his character name and “suspected of botting” is a public video. I suspect that might be against the code of conduct also.
Ewon: Naming and shaming isn’t allowed. But your videos are some interesting evidence. So, I’d remove your link from here and instead send it to exploits@arena.net; include any other screen shots and character/account names you suspect are botting.

I had no intent on starting my own thread to name and shame this OP, or any of the other few potential sw botters I see.
The video is not mine, but I gathered possible evidence on the OP botting which I wasn’t entirely sure what to do with. I actually just installed xsplit a few days ago to record my own video.
I was actually looking for a screenshot of the bot tool when I came across this being discussed on the forums. I was shocked to see that one of the potential botters started his own post to defend himself. I decided to reply to his thread, that maybe he isn’t being so honest.
I take responsibility for what I have posted about the topic, and if I’m out of line the mods can give me an infraction and remove my post. I’m just a frustrated player who wishes the report feature didn’t feel so meaningless. (and not simply towards the OP)

One of the reasons that naming and shaming or in-game harassment isn’t allowed is because no one should be making judgments except Anet. If you report someone constantly and they aren’t banned, that seems to indicated that Anet can’t find anything wrong with what they are doing. Would you prefer Anet ban people simply based on reports so that people can get someone banned just because they don’t like them? I prefer Anet err on the side of caution and have proof that the person did someone wrong.
so toxicity from pvp went to pve? such a shame.

I completely understand why you made your post. I’m just trying to help you avoid an infraction. And, again, don’t be afraid to send that video link (even if it’s not yours) as well as your own evidence to the email address I mentioned. That way Anet can review it as they look into the botting reports.

Sorry, I should have also added a thank you for the link, as I was wondering where to send my findings, and for the note of warning about an infraction.
Game Security Lead
I felt that I should pitch in on the multiple issues across this thread.
First off:
Thanks everyone for raising your concern about this issue, and I want to assure everyone that we do investigate player reports for every issue. Sometimes these investigations can take some time, and we may choose to action in bulk rather than individually.
Second:
Harassment of any type is NOT OK. If you believe someone is not playing fair, please use the report feature. It not only helps us track the issue, but also helps us identify possible hotspot issues. Even though the OP has been now been actioned multiple times for using 3rd party tools, there are better ways to handle this.
Here are the best ways to report another player:
In-Game Player Reporting / Email exploits@arena.net / Customer Support Ticket
Third:
Today we took action against a number of accounts that were involved in running 3rd party tools to automate gameplay. These “bots” create an unfair game experience for everyone and can cause a toxic atmosphere both in-game and out (as we see in this thread). We will continue to do our best to keep the game fair for everyone.
