We all know Achievements are account bound and can be completed on any character.

We all have different characters, classes & Different Races, many of us do & many of us don’t.

This is a question to the developers as we, the player, don’t know much information about this (except rewards) and I would hope a Developer can elaborate more and answer my question that I have.

Q: For speculations sake, lets say I complete achievements and Then get rewarded.
will this skin be bound to 1 class tier (Light as an example) and not get any heavy or medium of said skin for my other characters or will I be rewarded with all 3 tiers (Light, Medium, Heavy) to put onto my other classes as I wish?

Q: Seeing as Achievements are per account, will skins etc. be account bound to move around characters without applying said skin?

personally, I am hoping (and got a sneaky feeling it will be) for all 3 class sets for a skin reward so I can show of certain skins on different characters :P

I am thinking it will probably be handled similarly to HOM stuff.
