Guild Wars 2

I realize that these changes will be coming soon enough, but in the Blog Post, https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/new-account-achievement-rewards-incoming/, it does not specify about how the skins will work. As I have 9 characters, I do not want to have to continue to choose between the characters and who gets the shinnies. Can someone clarify if these skins will be one time use and transmutation thereafter, or will they be available for recurring use as the HoM skins?

I really do hope they work like HoM skins.. Better yet let all the achievement related rewards be redeemable in the HoM!

im ok with soulbound. so each of my 8 chars ate enique and hav their own theme n look. last thing i want is for them to look the same or wear same armor
