Hi, I was just wondering.

Is there an achievement category for collecting ascended weapons? I can’t seem to find one. Logically I would assume that since there are achievements for every weapon skin in the game including the BLC ones, and ascended armor skins, that we would have a set for ascended weapons?

I made about 4 weapons for now, and it’s not really easy to make. Takes about a week, not counting all the mats you have to buy etc.

So, if it’s not there, can we also please get that?

Hopefully I was very upset when I saw the achievements today. Achievements for every set of BLC weapons, but no achievements for countless of “free” item sets such as fractal weapon skins, cultural weapon sets, crafted weapons such as pearl, primordus or corrupted. No achievements for pact or order skins.

ANet has proven to be more than willing to simply abandon and forget systems and ideas that didn’t live up to their expectations. The system as it is, right now, is all we can ever count on seeing.

If they add more later? Great. But never say “They’ll add more to it”, because they can change their minds about that.

^This. They add new systems and say they will update the stuff they add and then don’t. They did it with mini dungeons, dungeons, monthly reward tracks for pvp, karma vendor items, etc. The list is too long to go over.

Just got a collection Item that enabled “grawl weapon” collection.. so, maybe it is already there and you just have to enable it somehow..

it is a relatively cheap and easy way to cause players to grind out content that is already in game
