Achievement leaderboard
Being #1 on a permanent achievement points leaderboard would take an extreme amount of dedication – far more than a casual 2 hours a day. Some of those achievements (WvW) take years of grinding. Then there’s the whole HoM achievements, which require playing another game for a few months, which would cause a lot of complaints.
Simply put, a permanent achievement points leaderboard would be dominated by a far worse “no life” requirement. After maybe 10 years of playing casually though, you too could be tied in the #1 spot.
