With the third wintersday about to release I thought I might as well bring up a topic that has been bothering me since day 1 release.

Activities such as snowball pvp, bell choir and other non Wintersday activities should be playable with friends. I know from my perspective half the fun is sucked out of what would otherwise be fantastic content as I cant enjoy it with my friends.

It has been suggested time and again to allow 2 different modes of entering these activities, one for solo players and another for groups. This would work similar to how pvp tournament queues work and ensure balance and fairness in competitive activities.

Im actually getting quite tired of seeing this same suggestion made over and over again and feel something really needs to be done as there is alot of wasted potential in many activities already in game which a fix could greatly improve.

Im aware that its far too late to change anything for this wintersday but I feel its time to start working on a fix for this. Anyone agree or disagree?

Completely agree.

I still want a custom activity feature that mirrors the custom spvp interface – so we can set up guild or large group keg brawls and sanctum sprints. Keep the regular minigames the way they are now for the rewards – just give us the customizable feature with rewards turned off so we can just have dumb fun in groups.

If they were going to allow groups, it would probably be a guild thing and have its rewards removed, because too many people would simply abuse it.

An actual team vs team queue would probably never pop.
