So it’s been 14 days since the collection became available, and with 2 daily recommended achievements giving out 1 research page each, it’s likely that someone has already combined all the pages into the journal, and thus, finished the only thing that was left, as it’s a time-gated thing, so assuming he/he’s collected everything else already, someone’s already completed Part I.

Now, we still don’t have any information regarding the contents of the award chest, which supposedly has recipes and components to craft Finite Result. The page for Finite Result doesn’t give out many specifics also.

Does anyone know what’s inside the chest, and how we’re supposed to craft Finite Result? What about what happens afterwards? Do we keep it or do we give it to the NPC, and he’ll give us something back? How does it work?

You get the recipe, and you can talk to the NPC again to unlock the second collection.
The recipe and the new collection aren’t bound, so you can use the recipe and start the collection.
