Guild Wars 2

Something like voice chat in DC universe , you can switch between written chats but also between voice chats . It would help with cooperation and it would be huge impact on www . No more asking pls enter ts to listen . Every player will have auto push-to-talk, only cmds will have ability to talk without button . I think every aspect of the game will benefit from it , even eotm .

you know WoW has that … every guild I was ever in in 2 years of playing ignores it. As near as I can tell most games that have it see it ignored by most organized groups

I can see it now, every 7-12 yr old yelling and screaming in my ear with pre pubescent wailing from now to kingdom come, think Clone of Duty on steroids !

We already have Teamspeak, Mumble and Ventrilo. What’s the point?

in-game chat only make it laggy as it consume bandwidth.

use teamspeak,raidcall, mumble etc for that….

wait did you say raidcall? who uses that?

They should figure out if they can make a plugin system to allow integration with popular clients and potentially providing accessibility to chat clients without having to install them separately.

I use it all the time in Left4Dead and used it when I played DCUO, and found it amusing especially on that game cuz of how it worked.

I would use it on Warframe if it was actually functional. XD It’s extremely awful in that game. Never played WoW because I’m too manly /flex

Just depends on how well it was implemented. Not sure I could trust Anet with good quality workmanship with that though and could end up a buggy mess. They’ve said before that they’d never do it though anyways.
