Hi. So today we got new skin cloth in gem store called ‘’shoulder scarf’‘.
When u try preview it in gem store, on MEDIUM or LIGHT class it undresses the charracter and shows only shoulder item, since its HEAVY item based, which is very unsatisfying for any not heavy classes since nearly all gemstore is HEAVY based(glowing eyes etc).
Item looked nice for me so i went to storage wardrobe to check it on my armor for any glitches and stuff(we all know that some armor glitches and there won’t be fix for it). Problem is there is no ’’shoulder scarf" in storage wardrobe preview(or i am completely blind).

Suggestion add the ’’new’’ items to storage wardrobe the SAME update you add the item(I don’t believe theres any complex coding there) or change gemstore preview to not be HEAVY based, coz without normal preview many ppl including me won’t buy stuff.

I agree! They actually do update the wardrobe with new gem store items, but seemed to have dropped the ball here. You can see they added the Arctic Explorer Outfit (A whaaat? There’s no Arctic in Tyria!) to the wardrobe.

But yes, I’m with you here, I like to test out the appearance of the item before I buy it and I’d surely buy this right away if I could see it in the wardrobe. It’s very annoying that the Gem Store removes my armour when previewing these items.

But the scarf is there … though I admit I only checked after buying the scarf, which unlocked the skin. Do a wardrobe search using “scarf” — by the time I type in “scar” I have the new item and the adventurer scarf showing, in all three armor weights.

I agree it’s a problem if it doesn’t show without purchase.
