my idea is to adding a (PVP Builds profiles) so i can switch between my builds easily according to my foes and the map as well

Sound like a great idea. Maybe something similar to GW1 builds.
This is something we had in GW1, and Anet have already mentioned this is something they would like to add to GW2.
