Hi, atm is 20% promotion for additional character slot, should i take it now or wait for bigger drop off?

I don’t remember them ever putting the extra character slots for a higher discount. If they do it won’t be for a long time anyway, go for it if you want one or two,

There have been times we’ve seen a 50% discount for extra character slots, but never within a month or even 3 of seeing a 20% discount. If you have the gems, I’d take the current discount. If ANet offers a bigger discount in the next two months, write to support and ask for a partial refund.

This is aggravating as I just bought a bank slot and a character slot last week and 1 character slot LAST NIGHT!! Just my luck really… Ugh

The only kind of “ticket” you can submit in-game is a bug report. If you want help on an issue with your account, you’d need to submit a ticket through the website.

Anyone know how long the character slot sale will last. I’m still out of town and won’t be back for another two days.

The TP doesn’t say: the note is “limited time left at this price”, which usually means at least 48 more hours. However sometimes they use that message in the midst of a series of 24 hour sales. (They’ve gotten better at using the correct message.)

There’s also no message from Gnashblade at guildwars2.com.

I think I bought a bank tab within the last week. Do they have a limit on how long they can work with people or should I not bother with a ticket?

The CS Team has stated within 7 days, within 3 days, within 24 hours, and perhaps other time limits, depending on the item/purchase.

This one is probably ‘within 3 days’, but policies change, and sometimes it depends on the Team member you get. Might as well try; it can’t hurt.

There’s a very good chance this is the ONLY discount you’ll see on character slots until the anniversary sale in August, and then it’s likely to only be 20% again.

Annoyingly it’s also likely to be the only discount on bank tabs until August and I’m not home to buy them until tomorrow. Hopefully they’ll still be on sale then.

The offer is still on, which it should be up for just under 24 hours at a minimum at the time of my posting
