Guild Wars 2

Hello Anet Team,

I hope someone can answer this, but just recently one of my guild members brought up a good point, currently i have everyone in the guild that is able to invite new members, what I failed to realize was that all those that can invite, can also kick from the guild, now we haven’t come up to that scenerio, and I trust everyone in my guild not to do such a thing, but the reason why we have such a wide open recruitment is because we want to be a solid team for any future adventures you all continue to add. I predicted alot of these updates would require players, and when I first created this guild we were small, but as the months went by we grew. I grew for a reason and that’s to provide more players for the members, and weeding out the inactives and non reppers. I thank you for providing these recent updates to guild functions, as we only do wvw, or spvp, and even open up cathedrals for fun. Now we have guild missions. So kudo’s.

My issue is ranking:

1. Can we separate the ability to invite, and the ability to kick from guild? Is this possible, in most mmo’s this is a separate entity.

2. Will we have more options to provide each ranking, as it stands, I use up all my rank slots, but the difference between some of the ranks for abilities is very little to none.

3. Will there be guild halls in the future? I intend to get one for the guild as soon as possible.

4. Can we make a real solid guild wars alliance, and actually have guilds ally to each other and be able to see the alliance members on the wvw map. Perhaps create an alliance chat that all members of the alliance can see as a given permission/ability. This way we can prevent guild hopping trolls with intent to destroy alliances from chating right away in the chat.

1.) That would make it alot easier to manage lower guild admin.

2.) I don’t see them changing that, I find the number of ranks to be more than enough.

3.) As they stated at PAX East, they’re not planning for guild halls, even though it would be wonderful and a great way to bring GvG back.

4.) I would love to see the alliance option and chat back. Due to the fact I help run two guilds and it would be awesome to have a chat where both guilds can talk in.
