Not sure if this idea has been brought up, but with the game now heading towards an account bound status over soul bound, I was thinking that it would be possible to now add some new items to the account wallet to better convenience the player base. Such items to include would be salvage kits, to include the copper-matic, and all the account bound gathering tools. This will allow for smoother play when switching among characters when the main account has possession of these account bound items already. Currently, players have to deposit their account bound items in their bank if they plan to use them on another character. With the new changes coming up in the feature patch, it would make more sense to implement this idea in the future.

Comments, other ideas?

I can’t see them adding these items to the wallet, since that’s specifically for currencies.

More likely they’d make the account bound bag some people have suggested – buy an account bag on each character and whatever’s in there is available to all of them.

I can’t see them adding tools like that. Some people buy more than one for the convenience of not having to swap them back and forth. So in turn Anet sells more of them. However, it would be cool if they added boosters to the wallet. Of course there is only so much they can add to the wallet before it would be some huge screen of stuff that would be hard to navigate.

I would like to see boosts in the wallet. I know I would use them more if I did not have to carry them with me on the off chance I decided I wanted to use one.

Actually what they could add is something similar as Danikat pointed out is a separate storage panel/bag to your inventory that holds all store purchased items only.

I used to play Runes of Magic and all your characters had a store item tab in the inventory system, so whenever you purchased anything from their store it automatically went into this storage area. This included any gifts from the game as well, such as birthday presents or w/ever, but i guess getting them in the mail is fine too, except if your mail box is full this could pose a problem.
