Hello everyone,

I’m about to move my account from the US to the EU servers and some as several friends of mine decided to try out GW2. Can you recommend a good server where we won’t feel lonely?

Seafarers Rest is a very active EU server.

First and foremost a WvW server.

But there’s always loads of players doing PvE too.

Never after wait longer than a minute or 2 for a PvP game to, s/t queue.

Piken square or seafarers rest are both english speaking, well populated and nice servers to be in. Been on both and they where/are nice and pretty crowded.

I wouldnt recommend them if its wvw you want. They have waiting times as long as my johnson. I moved from both due to i want to play with my friends and not wait in a random queue.

Since the end of season 1 queue times are very small now and only at peak times. You can jump into WvW anytime you want atm, even during peak times evening/weekend you will get in straight away to half an hour.

Also, queues in WvW won’t exist at all when Anet release the new WvW map. Of course we have no idea when that’s going to happen…

I would suggest you try Gandara.

Gandara, Desolation and Far Shiverpeaks are all high pop PvX servers.

Seafarer’s rest is top tier WvW.

Piken used to be the unoffical roleplayers server and ended up top tier WvW for a while. All of this was ruined by server hopers/glory hunters and i believe most of those groups moved on.
