ok deep breath deeeeeep breath lets be constructive vivi center yourself
I shouldn’t need to be saying these things or coming up with these ideas after 2 years but hey looks like you could do with a hand
(ok now the constructive part)
I’ll split this into 3 sections
THE EVENT (Mordrem attack)
1. Add map reward to this event, it will give people a goal to join up and work as a team this would have been great to show the new players what gw2 players can do when they work as one
2. If this event was meant for the new guys thennnnnn why the massive gold sink? And if it was for older players then why the random (lets say less than optimal) rewards for the time in game?
3. I did one event chain and I felt so bad for what I did, I left the event and didn’t do any events again. I spotted a downed player on top of a bomb. Did I ress them? Ohhhh no, I picked up the bomb, chucked it at the event to tag into it, then waypointed to next event letting them die. Why was I rewarded for this? I wasted all my rewards as I didn’t feel like I should get anything. No jokes, I bought sand.
4. i would have been happy if you just copy, pasted and re skinned the sliver waste event mechanics just with different loot and purchasable rewards
THE GEM SALE
Items that should have been on sale and at the price I would buy them for
1. Bunny ears 900000gems (ok joking aside, I would spend 1600 gems)
2. Aviator glasses 1600 gems
3. Wizard hat 1600 gems
4. Old armour skins like zodiac
none of these need to be on sale, full price would have been fine
(i would like to just add you can tell how well the sale went by the gem to gold transfer rate. it went pretty bad with most people buying items with gold and not money)
Little tweaks
(im a dumb kitten forget this last one XD)
1. Add an option to remove player names, this would improve meta events/all events massively as monster/s wont be hidden by names like “sir frumpy loops the 3rd”
