Q:
Agony Resistance and Infusions
Agony resistance is only for fractals. It has no use or effect anywhere else in the world, whether it is events or bosses
I’m not sure what you are asking about the +4, since the sentence makes no sense. However, the extra stats are meant to be very small to prevent any significant power gains. They are just a nice bonus and not intended to be anything else.
Agony is a mechanic that only (presently) exists in fractals. There are no other parts of the game (currently) that require the use of Agony Resistance.
Well what i mean is why they don’t adding more points on the infusions for ex instead of having +4 power you will have like 200 or little bit more . Just to show the difference???

Once upon a time they said that stronger infusions would come out over time. That they would provide a small(very small), increasing power curve. Many of us have screamed (loud and long) for a cease to the power creep. Significantly stronger infusions would probably set off a riot.

Becouse they dont want people to have to craft said infusions to be competetive in wvw mate.
Just be glad that you dont have to and go with the +5 or +7 for your fractal needs.

When the +5 stat infusions were introduced, the plan was indeed to follow them later with stronger ones. That idea (and gear stat progression in general) got scrapped due to overwhelmingly negative reaction of the community. Basically, the more points infusions would give, the greater the difference between exotics and ascended would be. The greater difference between those sets, the more voices calling for a stat nerf or cost reduction (or, preferably, nuking the whole tier from orbit, just to be sure) would appear.
In general, the community does not want stat-based gear progression. There are exceptions, of course, but (so far, at least) they are in minority.
TL/DR:
No, thank you, do not want.
