Dragon mounts that can only fly down to a certain elevation and can only be and dismounted in certain areas. Used for aerial combat and scenic viewing.

Grappling/rope swing mastery that allows for traversing through difficult terrain through a grappling hook gun that hooks to points that can be grappled and swung to (in a quick- easy to use- actiony way). Grappling gun could be used to retrieve things from afar too.

The WP system is all you need to travel. Mounts would render that system useless. It’s a better system.

Ignoring that part, the rope mastery idea is still an intriguing one, though it might belong better in the mastery suggestions thread.

They could make different colours for them, make HoT waypoints green! Yay!

Dragonhunter will become Dragontamer and you’ll be able to tame an elder dragon for your own devious plot of taking ove- er I mean, flying across Tyria.

Grappling Hook could replace the bouncing mushrooms in other areas, because it would be the same mechanic.

On the flying dragons… No mounts.
However, I would like the idea of some plattforms that travel through the air (airhsips, Asura floating islands, etc. ) and would allow us to get some high ground szenery.
