Guild Wars 2

I went to go unlock traits as I usually do by porting to the airship (I haven’t checked crown pavilion yet) and the traits master trainer has been removed…. Why?
Was this intentional or accident as par with some issues from this last patch?
If this was intentional then I’m rather disappointed as those with passes are paying for convenience and that convenience is being removed.

Would appreciate a quick-ish response to this. Thanks.

I didn’t see anything in patch notes about it so some light on this would be nice.
