Guild Wars 2

Just a Q for thought. Is there any chance Alacrity will effect ICDs? it would be cool if they did. There might be evidence in the game already somehow that proves this is or isn’t a thing. I’d love to hear about it if there is and what everyone thinks about it. ^.^

I think it won’t reduce ICDs, just like currently chill doesn’t rise ICDs, just movement speed and skill CDs.
