I completed the story once, and then tried going in just now after completing the final instance a second time last night for achievements and Wisteria, and now the door is giving me the message that it won’t budge.

It seems doing the instance a second time caused it to glitch out and lock me out of the vendor.

Yeah, same here. If you restart the story it seems like you can’t go back in. That’s dumb

Albert’s probably meeting some shady art dealer Cin set him up with and now he doesn’t want to be disturbed. Just a theory.

Or it could be a bug. Sorry, I mean “feature”. He’s talking to his dealer.
