I feel like OP doesn’t speak English and quickly translated this so a discussion might not be very fruitful.
On one end is a nice idea to get a notice when a liked gen store item is for sale. But really, just read the patch notes if you want to stay up to date

I believe the OP stated, in #3, that he wanted an alert for TP prices.

I would love to see Option 2 implemented similar to Steam.
Have a Gem store wishlist option and then have an in game alert or in game email that lets you know when an item on your wishlist is on sale.

gw2timer.com has these implemented using the API. I’m sure other web-based and app-based tools do the same.
