Allow us to carry over armor/looks?Feat patch

Will the upcoming feature patch allow us to carry over our PvP gear/looks to PvE and vice versa? Meaning I can bring the look /armor/weapons I use for PvP, over to PvE/WvW and vice versa? I know Anet mentioned it a lot BUT didn’t say if it will be coming for this patch?
