They probably mentioned this somewhere before but I couldn’t find it so,
Are the traits and utility skills I already bought gonna be unlocked on the 23rd or will I have to spend hero points to unlock them again?
Also will I be refunded my hundreds of skill points that I used to unlock them before the patch? Will they gimme my skill points back as spirit shards?
Would really like a clear answer to this, thanks in advance.

You will have to spend hero points to unlock your utility and elite skills.

You will not be given any refund on skill points used.

So, no point in unlocking stuff to lose Spirit Shards. Nice to know.
