I found a “nearby event” in Rurikton, but whatever it is, I can’t see an obvious access point. I tried gliding onto the roof and looking for a door into the building, but there wasn’t one.

A bug? A phantom event? Something obvious I’ve overlooked?

Sadly, that’s a very old and well-known bug. That said, there is a poster for part of a new achievement in that area. But, yes, I’ve seen that particular ‘event’ for around two years now.

Edit: To be clear, this bug can also move around. I used to see it all the time near the Queen’s Court in the center of Divinity’s Reach.

Aww, I’d never seen it before, thought it might be a prelude to something cool.

I’m seeing the same thing, but only with the Content Guide switched on. If it’s off the marker disappears from the map and there’s no indication of an event here.

I’m guessing it’s a bug with the content guide since the interior of the building isn’t accessible and there’s nothing on the roof.

There was a series of events in Divinity’s Reach during the Queen’s Jubilee. Sometimes their markers still pop up even after all this time. The events are not doable even though the markers are visible on the map.

Oh this explains a lot. I saw this on my map the other day and asked about it in map chat but no one else saw the marker. I figured it was just some visual bug but wasn’t sure
