Came back from a rather long overseas business trip to find out that you guys sold angel wings and then took them off TP a week before I came back.

They will do, though probably not until HoT is released. When the black ones were released, they said it was an introduction of ‘future content’ – though I don’t have the link to confirm this.

The wings were 1 day sales as part of (I believe) a preview of future HoT BL items. A little baffling in why such a thing existed, but I doubt we will see them til post launch now.

It was an exclusive preview, just like the black wings.

They will return- just be patient.

Me too. I wanted the black wings when they came out, but missed them by a day. I was quietly hoping for a white wings variant. My wish was granted, and fortunately I logged on the day it was released. I really wanted it to complete the ‘Paragon’ look. Medium Vigil Armour, wings, sorted. Just wish that spears would be introduced…

I was gone for a year from GW2 so I too missed the White Wings. And I would love to be able to pick them up again.

But I thought of something… isn’t the game’s 3 Year Anniversary coming up in late August/Early September? We might get an insane sale and be able to buy them then? What else would happen for the game’s 3 year anniversary?

Please bring them back!

Are back pieces disabled when gliding? If not, it will be kind of weird pulling out a big kitten glider when you already have a pair of wings.

From the images I have seen and the live streams I watched during the first few beta tests (prior to the weekend beta test) it looks like going into glider mode hides back skins and weapons as well. It appears to be a transformation of sorts if I recall correctly.

yeah, I looked into it a bit after I wrote that. The clipping would have been way too much for it to work.

If I where to guess, the white wings will probably be back around wintersday, and black wings (don’t long in for one fricken day >_>) will be back around halloween.

I’m hoping we get a chance come the 3 year anniversary sale. There was a 2 year one that I missed, so I won’t make that mistake again. Saving up money as we speak.
