That’s the Agent of Balthazar costume from Guild Wars. I do hope they release those original GW God-themed costumes (https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Costume). They were all pretty amazing.
For Guild Wars 2 they opted to use the Dervish’s Avatars (below) as costumes. Only two of those left, if they continue to release them!
