Seriously I can’t be in hotm for less than 10 seconds and not get spammed to death by gold seller whispers.

Seconded, this issue needs immediate ArenaNet attention. The game is nearly unplayable if one does not block the whisper channel completely, which I do not want to do because I have friends outside my guild and home world that I regularly play with. Gold sellers spam me from seemingly stolen accounts every five or six seconds.

I got 12 gold selling whispers in a period of 40 mins

I’d like to know what site got hacked that all these accounts had their passwords lifted from (yes, I realize it’s the users problem for using same passwords).
The flood of hacked accounts being used to sell gold is concerning.

Yeah, those gold seller whispers are nearly as annoying as those new threads being opened about it on the forums.
