If you want a serious answer from the Devs, I suggest you submit a ticket to Support by clicking the link at the top of the screen.
Also, try to calm down and remain constructive before you do so. You’re not the only one having similar problems.
WTF ANET? I earned those legit by playing guild wars 1. Look up The Elite Berserker. And look up my email address in the gw1 database. I had all the games and this is what happens? I had 30 points exact. And my brother and I have been playing that account ever since factions. Fix this now please.
Fix it yourself by doing some or all of the following;
- Unlink your gw1/2 accounts and re-link them
- log into gw1, then log into gw2
- peruse the forums next time to see that other players have found solutions to this
- dont have a fit the next time something like this happens when it already comes with a 2 minute fix you do yourself

I shouldn’t have to do it myself when it wasn’t my fault it happened. And secondly, I don’t even remember the password to my GW1 account and neither do I have it installed.

If your accounts are linked. Your gw1 and 2 logon info are the same.

Hi, I’m having the same issue. I purchased HoT yesterday after the Fractals announcement, I linked my accounts, and I made a new character with the new slot I purchased.
As soon as I logged in, all my HoM achievements were gone and I received the GM letter saying that I got them accidentally.
This is obnoxious, especially because I no longer have GW1 installed on my computer. Please fix ANET.

Yes I know. I had the same problem you did. That’s what I did to get my stuff back. If its too much hassle to do that to get your titles back, then that’s your problem.

Hi, have you tried just logging in a GW2 character that previously had the title and items unlocked but did not receive the mail? This worked for me without having to download GW1 or do anything else.
Basically I returned to the game this week after a long absence and created a new character…I noticed the HoM problem when I received the in-game mail stating I had the title and items wrongfully and that they were removed, I went to check on my older characters and none of them received that mail, checked they still had everything and when I went back to the new character, it had them aswell.
