Way to ruin one of your best designed pieces of armor by trying to capitalize with minimum amount of effort. Instead of having a piece of armor that could have been used to distinguish your character, we can all look the same wearing an outfit.

I`ve been longing for that armor since you started to release information about GW2 and introduced the mesmer by showing us videos of 5 of the skills. The female Mes was wearing that armor. I can`t understand that you are going to release it as an outfit, even though you shouldnt have any work by releasing it as a light armor because it already WAS ingame that way.

Im really sad about the outfit thing. Even though I like the overall look of it, I hate running like a clone of everybody else. Mix and Match prefered! I had a nice combination in mind… :/ I bought about 10-12 armor sets in total but none outfit.

Why isn`t it possible to add it as an outfit AND armor set? More win for you, more win for us. And don`t tell me about clipping – many outfits do also.

(Sorry for my english. Hope I wrote understandable… but I got the impression that the english forums are better watched than the german ones.)

Mix and Match or Riot! Can I do that or is it unoriginal and crass?

I already know the answer and I while I’m able to overlook some things that come into the game, when it comes to outfits its just…no. Even Anise’s one which I wouldn’t buy if it was in separates.

i’d love to have it, just a minor problem im Asura :P and we all know Anet dont want to recognise that Asurans have females so they only give us male armors :P

This being an outfit completely ruins it, the only part i want is the amazing chest piece, screw that ridiculous mask.

Mask? didnt see a mask in any of the Anis’es coat pictures…

I for one will be glad when I will finally be able to wear this on my mesmer after years of waiting. Not too fussed about it not being a set of armor – the outfit is perfect as it is.

Pls stop the Outfits ;_; waiting for that “Armor” sooo long.
The Corset would be a nice mix & match Piece, my Elemetalist is crying… she don`t like cropped tops.
I don`t now what others think, but outfits get really quick boring.

I’m with you. My ele will wear it, my guard will wear it, and my ranger too. I like outfits in this regard.

The nice thing is, for all my chars to wear it it’s one purchase. As armor it would be 3 purchases and that’s assuming they can make the armor look the same for all 3 weights, considering there are differences in where the seams are for each weight.

Isn’t great that every heavy, light and medium can wear an outfit and look exactly like everyone else for the next two weeks? I’m just bursting with delight…

Seriously, you can’t really care how you look if you are wearing an outfit or a full set of armor, stop catering to these people please. The only justification for an outfit is leveling, but as that is a 2-3 day process in gw2, skins should be released as single piece ensembles. Unimesh looks are incredibly lame, and even more so when you do a good job with some pieces and bind it to absurd looking others.

I care how my characters look, but I’m not much of a fashion guy. So I assume a complete set designed to fit together is going to look 100% better than any mix & match I can make… Personally I’m glad that my ranger will get to use this and not just my squishies because they already have plenty of shiny skins.
