Anone Recieved Info About This NCSoft Survey?
I have received it twice to my mail. My gf received it too.
I have also recieved this survay.
I’m not sure if it’s real or not?
hmm =/
I have received it twice to my mail. My gf received it too.
So do they only send it out to some people like the Trial Invited ones or some other criteria they pick certain people ???
As neither my son or me have gotten it and we are both paying customers as in having paid for the boxes to play the game.

No idea, i dont think there is some sorting key.
Yeah I don’t know how they organise these things either. I never get e-mails with announcments, surveys, etc. I’ve checked my junk mail folder, but I get no e-mails from Anet to my registered e-mail account, other than to confirm gem payments or anything for account issues (i.e. only things I’ve instigated).
Maybe I ticked a box somewhere saying I didn’t want marketing e-mails. Or maybe they just don’t like me!
It is a legit survey. Check your email spam folder, it might be in there along with all of your mail from GW2 which is where I find all my GW2 mail for some reason.

So this survey wont include everyone then ???
Then how can it be a guiding or useful survey ???
Haven’t recieved it at all. Maybe it’s a phase release to better collate the date?
I got the email. In the survey I made sure to make my disdain for one-time events clear.
So You who have gotten the e-mail for the survey are You box buying players as in having been here a while or free trial invited by friends ???
Just trying to make sense why some gotten it but not me or my son as well as Aldred above.
I have checked Junk Mail and its not there. First thing I checked.

You didn’t get the email because you chose not to subscribe to the newsletter.
The link to the survey is there, why not take it if you feel left out of something you chose not to be a part of?
I recieved the mail with the link to the kittening survey five times already and apparently, I could’ve filled it out every single time. Didn’t bother with it more than once though, it’s not like the survey is going to solve anything, especially since the questions are… Trivial, at best. Some people not even recieving the mail and other filling it out for more than a few times won’t help either.
I’d suggest waiting for the e-mail or just using the link you provided since it’s legit.
And to answer your question – no, I wasn’t there only for the trial, been playing the game since it came out.

Good point. I probably unticked that as usally that means being spammed with advertising for other games as well or offers in the CashShop like LoTRO spammed my mail every week.
Thought important things like surveys wasn’t considered that and would go out to all customers but maybe You are right. So now i need to figure out how to tick that again so i get stuff like surveys at least.
If you think you did not get it, please check your spam folder. Mine and my husband’s both went to the spam folder. We were both able to do the survey. I am sure they would have sent it to everyone. I have seen posts from others where it was in their spam as well.

No, if you’ve said you don’t want emails they’re not allowed to send you anything that isn’t directly related to your purchase – receipts etc. Spam laws about emails are pretty strict.
I received a survey and I am signed up for the email newsletter.

The survey was funny, you had to select ‘something that you enjoyed’ about the event, and it wouldn’t let me not tick anything, so I ticked ‘other’ and then explained that the game is trash grind and that I would never recommend the game to anyone. It worked a charm.
no one enjoys that, no one finds it fun.” – Colin Johanson
R.I.P. in piece, Guild Wars 2, August 2012 – September 2012
I got the email about it but most of my guild never did. Apparently the email system is just as bugged as most of the game.
It was also mentioned on Twitter, because everyone uses that. Sad there isn’t a mention on the website anywhere.

one (including everyone) has no relation with the other (being guiding or useful)…
I never actually got it, neither is it in my spam box. My husband did however
