As this has been removed – will any player that used skill points to purchase the skill be reimbursed?

I doubt it, considering players have had plenty of time to regain them, 25 skill points could be a drop in the bucket.

Seeing as it was only of any use during ToN, I don’t think so. I don’t even remember using it.
