Not qq-ing about anything. Just disappointed. Imagine the kitten-storm if they took Frostfang out the the game. Sure… it would only effect a small % of the players. But it wouldn’t be fair to them.

They weren’t the first to release this information, and from the sounds of it, its been shut down pretty fast. So it may be legit based on the actions being taken.

I do, but very rarely. It still has its uses, as the toxic spore events still happen. Perhaps they’ll be removed as well.

Nobody is going to cry, that new skill was just the worse.

Never bought it once. I stand validated by my lethargy.

The toxic pollen debuff was quite interesting, though… seeing illusions and such.

Hoping for best case scenario. However, it would be nice if it was an account wide unlock like Mistfire Wolf.

Good riddance. To be fair, it was incredibly effective during Tower of Nightmares, but it isn’t that great outside of it. Also, much like all the racial skills, it’s not as effective as the profession healing skills.

It’s actually quite decent underwater if your other heal skills are lacking. Especially during “Save the Quaggans” guild event.

I for one will miss it just because I enjoyed messing around with it sometimes. Then again, I’m the kinda guy that will take seed turret on my sylvari engineer as I roam open world, so I’m clearly not normal.

Biggest thing about that article I’m happy about is the mention that racial are still in the game(and our sounds like not locked behind a track) There was some concern they would be removing them.

No joke, Prayer to Dwayna is my favorite non-ranger heal skill in the game. The only reason I don’t use it on my ranger is because it doesn’t heal my pet(it does heal for the same amount as heal as one though)

They’ve never been ones to refund things before, you’ll probably just either get converted hero points based on what you have unlocked or just have everything unlocked.

Whats sad is that they could have actually made it worth using, but woul rather scrap it, apparently.

I have so many bonus skill points on all my 80s that I got it just because. Never used it and never planned to use it. Refund? I honestly don’t care.

I’ve never used that skill in the time I’ve been playing the game on any of my characters

Which is a complete kitten. If that was the real reason, then racial skills and Mistfire Wolf would get removed as well. In truth, it likely got removed because it was so bad nobody was using it and Anet didn’t want to admit that. Just like they have removed TA forward up path, because they didn’t want to admit it was their “fix” that bugged it and made it a path almost noone played.

I’m actually really glad I’ve managed to run the path. The best 2 hours spent dying on a bugged boss ever.
