Is there any, even slightiest option for changing weekly gold cap on mail and guild bank to level it was back then? Or at least to give such option to, for example, guild leader? I’m asking because I noticed atm I have 2k gold in my guild bank and ca’t do anything productive with it since there is gold cap.

Very unlikely.

You can still get the gold out, it will simply take some time (one month if you take out the max each week, not really all that bad).

2k = 4 weeks

just take off 500 all week and in a month all is normal

At the expense of encouraging gold farmers and buyers.

btw if you get hacked you will not get stuff from guild bank rerolled

if you need a personal bank just add sell order for eternity e.g. 200 gold each a 10 times —> here is your safe and personal bank without any costs
