Hello guys, i wondering if making a legendary now need use craft t7 or is same like before?

I have a Twilight and now i want Sunrise, excludind the gift and precursors, creating him is the same like before 3 september actualization?

Yeah legendaries are the same. Tier 6, ectos, icy runes etc etc…
