I know the expansion isn’t out yet but…..
Just thought I’d ask~For necro since it’s ‘condi’,
1st wpn – scepter / torch, any suggestion for 2nd wpn?

Eventually I’ll get to asking for other classes as well but…..
I just wanna know if I should ‘craft’ these 2nd-ary wpns first?
As for ele, some was suggesting
Sword / knife – for offense
Sword / focus – for defense

Dagger off hand might be a safe bet, but even that might change with tomorrow’s balance patch. Wait and see however is the best answer to this question if you want low risk.
Maybe staff, especially if you are running soul reaping for more life force generation and condi transfer. Or something like dagger/war horn for life force, life steal, cc, and swiftness. It looks like the new heal doesn’t give much health so having the life steal might be nice to pop heal get barrier and then life steal to heal up under barrier. I feel like having a good bit of life force generation is going to be important on scourge as you will be using it constantly for individual abilities rather than the buffer and burst damage that shroud normally gives.
