Guild Wars 2

I bought this game since it came out but I never really played much.It was hard for me to get levels early on.I think that the game changed it’s formula on lvls and other things and I dont know where to look and learn about how to properly play it.Can someone explain to me the items I need to sell or the things I should do?Anything is good

Welcome back.

Two words : dodge roll. In GW2 you don’t just stand there whacking away, use your dodge roll, learn to time it. Then get better at, then get better again

As for what to sell / salvage. Heres what I do.

White green and blue gear : salvage for luck and mats with a basic salvage kit.

Yellow worth less than 30s on tp: salvage for ecto with masters salvage kit.

Yellow worth more than 30s: sell on tp.

Orange : depends…. you will come across these further dkwn the track. When in doubt, hold on to them.

Play each class a bit in the heart of mists. Get a feel for each one at end game and play it.
This will help reduce the “what should I do, which class to play” questions that many have, including myself. Even with 15 level 80s I still don’t know what my main is lol.

Focus on saving materials and all currency you get. Farm and craft all you need while you level, or just use what drops.

Try leveling in a group.
