Guild Wars 2

Hello there i’m new in Guild Wars 2, i have buy it, start playing it and i have stoped playing WoW and i do not regret.

At first i was a bit scared because i bought GW2 for 55€ and i was afraid that i didn’t like the game, yes there are many videos and web sites where we can see gameplay and features of the game but since it is a buy and after that we play a huge MMORPG for free i wasn’t certain if the game was worth it…the fact is that i love GW2 and i’m only a level 10 mesmer, this game has hooked me for real.

My question here is, is there any upcoming patch or content already announced?

There is the final part of the Flame and Frost story coming sometime this month.
Exactly what this will contain is not known at this moment.

Every month there’s content update, the April first update they had a adventure box, plus at the end of this month there’s more update to their living story.

These are the mayor updates since release:

28th of august: release
End of october: Halloween: with its own instances, and events all over the maps
November: lost shores: big events in Lion’s arch, a new map (Southsun Cove) and a new dungeon (Fractals of the Mists)
December: Wintersday: redocration of parts of town, special drops. unique instances and lots more
Januari: Flame and Frost prelude: A small teaser update for the flame and frost story
Februari: Flame and Frost: The gatheirng storm: Extra additions and tasks, still a bit of a teaser
March: Flame and Frost: The Razing: additional tasks and additions to several maps as well as two new instanced story’s
April: Flame and Frost:the final: This will be the next big content release. Expect it round April the 26th
