I noticed this bow being used by a Skill Challenge NPC and was wondering if this model is available to players. And if it’s possible to obtain it, does anyone know the name?

The shortbow is The Lover, precursor of the legendary The Dreamer, and last time I checked was around 350g on the TP.
The longbow is “Wings of Dwayna’s” according to its PvP name.
But like many other weapons (Final Rest staff, for example) has not yet been discovered/found in PvE, where most probably has a different name.
IMO is the best looking bow, 100000000 times more than the legendaries, but all we can do is wait :p
Don’t talk to me about toughness and vitality, damage avoidance is all in this game
Ah well, at least now I have a name to the shortbow. Maybe the ‘Wings of Dwayna’ could be an intended reference to a secret Dwayna related event with a ‘Large Chest’ that might contain the longbow. Or it might be a yet-to-be-discovered Mystic Forge recipe (Like Tear of Grenth and Melandru’s Gaze)
EDIT: Also noticed another reference to a bow supposedly having the same skin as The Lover: Feathers of Dwayna

I am currently on the hunt for the shortbow version of this bow, Feathers of Dwayna, The Lover’s twin.
Can a Dev please confirm it is a Mystic Forge recipe like the few known Human God weapons(Tear of Grenth and Melandru’s Gaze) or it is another super-duper rare drop like Final Rest?

Both variants are likely either an MF recipe or a drop from an as now unknown event chest.
My guess is they are more likely an MF recipe, as someone posted recently on Reddit a list of MF/exotics and these two bows would have fit perfectly in place due to their item id.

If you mean this post, yes I have read it but I want to make sure it is a Mystic Forge recipe before I make Gift of Weather or whatever Gift that is require to make it.
I have no interest in making a Legendary therefore making a Gift that is not going to be used and will possibly stay in my bank forever is not something I want to do.
