They said that the server went down and are looking into it. Like all professional companies though, you have to get your news first from social networking sites like twitter… I mean… come on…. these are the OFFICIAL FORUMS, can we at least get first dibs on juicy info?

Part of their communication problem that they have yet to address, we have to track down everything on social networking sites instead of the official site made for the game. A lot of game companies do this now and it annoys the hell out of me.

Well… Maybe they have robots who auto-tweet when the servers go down so it notifies the server monkeys that they need to feed the server hamsters?

Judging by some of their support responses, I would not be surprised if the twitter page was automated in some cases.

If you want to just read twitter feeds you don’t need an account, just a browser.

Anet please use your official websites and not Twitter or any other 3rd party services. In some circumstances these social networking sites are blocked.
