Yes, got it last year by doing the wintersday PvP reward track. The reward track is back this year, I’m guessing it’s available there again.

My husband got the breather from his first batch of presents after the patch earlier today. So, yup, it still drops. And I hate my husband a little bit for getting the item I never got last year . . .

I got one a couple hours ago from a personalized gift. They still drop.
