How to Condi Reaper on a budget
Everything I say is only in reference to PvE and WvW.
I coincidentally got both Apothecary ascended rings from Fractals runs yesterday and today, so I was wondering: can anyone suggest some professions/builds these are good for?
refer to all the current threads on how useless healing power is, how it needs a buff or just to be removed entirely.
I messed around on a condi thief in WvW for a bit with Apothecary gear. Was pretty fun. The low HP pool with health regen and condi removal while in stealth made me pretty tough to kill while i just kept popping traps down and death blossom. Haven’t tried it since the whole condi & build updates though but i’m sure it still functions. Might be cool on trap ranger as well but i don’t know how healing power affects any of their skills. Haven’t played ranger yet
Works pretty nice on condi Regen Ranger for WvW roaming. Probably pretty much it.

How is it better? And in wich gametype?
You don’t find settler stats in pve, and in pvp you don’t have a Apothecary amulet.
De stats are look the same only settler has toughness as highest stat. Why was less Condi damage better again?

WvW roaming.
You don’t need condi primary, you just need to outlast your opponent. The toughness allows you to have high enough physical damage mitigation.
You can mix and match some pieces in if you want. Also, you can find settlers in PvE it’s entire only found in PvE content (Southsun specifically).

So you buff healing with D/D eles as OP as they are in healing?
Better to nurf the effectiveness of all the other stuff.

This is exactly the problem with healing power. It’s good, can be great in pvp; it’s crap, verging on worthless in pve.
how do you change it to make it similarly useful and powerful in each game mode without completely throwing out present game balance?
